2. Hands and Feet structure by Kwan Hee Yoo

Kwan Hee Yoo present a 17-slide brief on suggest changes to the hand and feet hierarchies. He suggests adding joints and changing names of joints to match the medical community terms and conventions for the hands and feet. Joe referred us the specification Table 4.3 as we consider Kwan's recommendations.
