We skipped these two items because William was regrettably absent.

We will discuss these items at next meeting.

Please review and revise the titles that I updated. The lines after the "Before" mark will be removed if you are ok with this. On the Wiki site (URL above) numbers one through seven were added. Please let me know if you have other opinions. Next time, we will add and discuss the NWIP and the working draft.
